Plants To Keep Deer Out Of Vegetable Garden
There are many plants that you can use to keep deer out of your vegetable garden. One of the most common methods of keeping deer out of a garden is to use fencing. However, if you are not interested in using fencing, or if your garden is too large for fencing, you can use plants to keep deer out of your garden.
One of the best plants to use for this purpose is garlic. Garlic is a natural repellent for deer, and they will not come near a garden that is planted with garlic. You can either plant garlic cloves around the edge of your garden, or you can plant garlic in the garden itself.
Another good plant to use for keeping deer out of the garden is lavender. Lavender is not a repellent for deer, but they do not like the smell of it, and will stay away from a garden that is planted with lavender.
There are many other plants that can be used to keep deer out of the garden, including roses, marigolds, and petunias. Choose a plant that is native to your area, or choose a plant that has a strong scent, and the deer will stay away.
